What can I do when my toddler won’t eat?
Are your children eating food but not healthy ones? What exactly can we do when a child refuses to eat healthy food? Perhaps one of the most difficult lessons to teach a child is to eat because you are dealing with a child’s tastes, interests, and desires. Here are a few tips for when you ask yourself: What should I have to do when my toddler won’t eat?
When the child refuses to eat anything
There may be a problem with the taste of the food when the child refuses to eat anything. When a child will not eat, you should not force them to eat food that they do not like the taste of. Children often prefer a crispy form of food more than the softness and wateriness of another. Snacks are like this and the child feels more comfortable eating them. It is a regular question to ask is it normal for my toddler to not want to eat? The answer is a big YES!

How do get kids to eat?
It has been heard from many mothers complaining that “My 3 year old refuses to eat.” Or “My 2 year old refuses to eat.” Children not eating food is not a new problem for families.
It is better to make suggestions about some solutions. First, always keep healthy food at home. Children are sometimes forced to eat only what is in the refrigerator because of hunger, and what is better than healthy food? How to make your toddler eat? Easy! Try to eat the same food that you want your child to eat in front of them. Seeing eating can cause hunger and appetite. It also shows the child that the food must be nice if you are also eating it. Try not to get mad when toddlers refuse to eat.
You should try to remember that eating can be an overwhelming sensory experience. The child may decide that they don’t want to eat something based on the smell of the food. So it’s important to be mindful to this when you are trying to introduce your child to different foods.

- Let your child help you with the food preparation process.
- Try not to talk too much about the disadvantages of snacks with your child to get their attention.
- Always have fruits, juices, natural drinks, and nutritious seeds like walnuts at home (Unless your child or a family member has a nut allergy).

- Buy personal kitchen utensils for your child.
