How do get kids to eat?
It has been heard from many mothers complaining that “My 3 year old refuses to eat.” Or “My 2 year old refuses to eat.” Children not eating food is not a new problem for families.
It is better to make suggestions about some solutions. First, always keep healthy food at home. Children are sometimes forced to eat only what is in the refrigerator because of hunger, and what is better than healthy food? How to make your toddler eat? Easy! Try to eat the same food that you want your child to eat in front of them. Seeing eating can cause hunger and appetite. It also shows the child that the food must be nice if you are also eating it. Try not to get mad when toddlers refuse to eat.
You should try to remember that eating can be an overwhelming sensory experience. The child may decide that they don’t want to eat something based on the smell of the food. So it’s important to be mindful to this when you are trying to introduce your child to different foods.
